“We were directed to our table with menus and left to order. I’m not a fan of the app ordering, there were things out of stock that no one mentions they are out of stock, they’re just not online to order despite being given an actual menu with them on.”

A three-star review left on TripAdvisor by leanneh398 reads: “Got a table straight away. Ordered Pizza Hut buffet offer at lunch time. Salad bar was lovely. Pizza was lovely but even though the restaurant wasn’t full, pizza was slow coming out, but on the plus side to this it was fresh and red hot when served. The decor here I always think could do with a bit of a revamp but nice and clean. Waitress was lovely and chatty. Used a Pizza Hut voucher to pay, with no problems. Lovely lunch out with kids.”

A four star review left by Joel T said: “We were part of a large group (11) and we had been trying to find somewhere to take a booking for us. A number of independent and national chains all said no to us. Pizza Hut was very helpful, we booked in for the following night, they had a table ready for our group. Food was what you expect from Pizza Hut – nothing amazing but consistent and the children loved it. Especially the bottomless drinks and ice cream station.”
Pizza Hut, Castleford
A three-star review left by Steviegtr, on the page reads: “Went Sat 29 Jan 22. With 8 friends. Warm friendly service. Only problem was. They never told us until the end that they do not take cash any more. Which was very awkward as we were all paying separately as couples. With cash. So don’t go to pizza hut unless you have a credit card.”

A three star review left in October 2021 by GemmaP26 reads: “We went for the buffet, the food was fine. The pizzas were a bit slow at being refilled but all tasted ok. The service was a bit rubbish. The lady that seated us was friendly enough but once seated you are just left to order on the website.

Leaving a review Chrissieoleary said: “The manager was great, and found us a table I could access easily with my wheeled walking frame. The menu is available as single use paper or you can order online via a QR code. We had 3 in our party. The menu wasn’t complicated, and the electronic ordering was simple to use. The food and drinks arrived promptly and were of good quality. It’s one of the few places that stocks my favourite cream soda, which was a welcome treat.”
Pizza Hut, Kirkstall, Leeds
The reviews for this venue were mixed but seem to enjoy the buffet.
Leaving a review on Google, the latest review said: “Too many children and the food was mediocre. I understand it’s a kids place but it ruins the atmosphere and makes it harder to just enjoy a casual lunch. Prices are reasonable but you might as well just get a Pizza Hut delivery.”
