Street Based Team Opportunity
You will be part of a forward thinking team that deliver the very best in all areas, Customer Services, Security, Cleaning, Improvements and General Facilities. You will need to be a strong communicator and team player with a great work ethic. You will need to have a can do attitude, excellent attention to detail, be able to multi task and not be afraid of getting your hands dirty.
The role of the Street Based Team, as part of Halifax Business Improvement District, is to ensure Halifax is a safe, welcoming and attractive place to be.
The role requires both practical and physical work, with a good understanding of health and safety.
Ideally, team members will be SIA licence holders, although this could be negotiated.
Discover Halifax Hub Opportunity
As a Discover Halifax Hub Host, you’ll provide information to visitors, as well as community, business and leisure customers, about Halifax and Calderdale, ensuring resources are available to help them find the information they need.
The Discover Halifax Hub will promote Halifax as a quality destination and a great place for business, leisure and culture with a profile which is recognised regionally and national, for being family friendly, welcoming and inclusive to all and which builds upon its heritage and looks to the future.
There will be 2 Discover Halifax Hub team members, working alongside the current Business Liaison Team and Street Based Team, working across the Halifax BID area, supporting each other and the rest of the team in delivering these remits.
