You could appear in the new series of Ackley Bridge with the hit Channel 4 series looking for extras ahead of filming next month.
The show, which follows the lives of staff and pupils at the fictional multicultural academy school of the same name, is set to continue filming next month and casting agency Northern Talent is looking for young people in the area to be extras in the show.
A spokeswoman for the agency said: “It is our third year running providing actors and supporting artistes for Ackley Bridge.
“Due to COVID-19 Ackley Bridge had to step down and stop filming in March and is now ready to start filming in September.
“We are looking for confident young people aged between 9-19yrs to appear in series 4 of Ackley Bridge.
“Ideally we would like groups of people that are already in a bubble or household so therefore can interact easily on set.”
As well as being between nine and 19 years old, the extras need to be from an Asian ethnic background. Confidence is also key as well as a passion for drama.
